I made a trip to Douglas this afternoon to restore the HD signal which had been off the air for quite some time due to equipment failure.

After replacing the HD exciter all was well and the HD signal was back on the air.

When I arrived back at the Laramie apparently the satellite uplink decided to die. Reid had JUST reinstalled the new uplink amplifier so we were able to switch to it and quickly get the signal back on the air. Now we will need to figure out why the old uplink decided to die…
