After discovering the failure in Buffalo yesterday, I decided to come back over the weekend to fix it.  The problem was a failed power supply in the satellite receiver.  It was fairly simple to fix…I replaced the entire satellite receiver rather than replacing the failed power supply in the field.  This required reprogramming the replacement receiver, however.
